Young Learner Activity Leader – London

English Path is a rapidly growing international language school delivering immersive English, French, and German learning experiences across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Role: Young Learner – Activity Leader

As an Activity Leader, your role is to engage and motivate young people, ensuring their wellbeing and a positive experience while staying with us. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring students feel safe, secure, and happy at the camp.

This role is fully on-site with a tentative start date of 28th June.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure all students are well supervised and accounted for.
• Serve as a supportive and encouraging presence for Young Learners.
• Proactively lead activities and encourage student participation.
• Lead groups of international students on activities and day trips.
• Enforce camp rules and ensure students adhere to behaviour standards.
• Assist with airport transfers and student arrivals and departures.
• Perform residential tasks including room checks.
• Assist with centre administration as directed.
• Prioritise student welfare and act in accordance with EP policies and risk assessments.
• Maintain enthusiasm, hard work, and motivation at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Level of spoken and written English equivalent to CEFR level B2 or above.
• Interest in and ability to organise activities.
• Highly adaptable and organised.
• Confidence in motivating and encouraging large groups of students.
• Outgoing and positive personality.
• Able to sustain long periods of physical activity.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Right to work in Ireland/Europe upon commencement of employment.
• All offers will require a Police Certificate of Good Conduct and previous references.
