Remote Senior Executive Researcher – Leadership Talent

Monzo is seeking a Senior Executive Researcher to lead discovery and recruitment of leadership and board talent. You will partner with executive recruiters, build robust sourcing strategies, and develop market maps to guide hiring decisions at the highest levels.
