Hybrid Service Charge Analyst – Housing Sector

hireful is seeking a Service Charge Analyst to join our hybrid role with travel to schemes across the South and East. The successful candidate will analyse service charge schedules, verify data and identify discrepancies, ensuring accurate apportionments in line with tenancy and lease agreements.

You will work closely with Asset teams and leadership, travel nationwide to sites, and play a direct role in data integrity and customer satisfaction within the organisation.
