- Sharing the Fortnum & Mason story with confidence and pride, bringing our products to life
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge across our ranges, from food to gifting
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets while maintaining a service‑first approach
- Ensuring the shop floor is beautifully presented, reflecting our heritage and standards
- Working seamlessly as part of a team to create a warm, welcoming environment
