ServiceNow Solutions Architect – SPM — UK Based. Head Resourcing are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join one of the UK’s fastest growing ServiceNow consultancies. This is a fully remote contract role (UK based). An openness to travel is required as there is an expectation to visit clients occasionally and team meet-ups in London, however remote working is offered primarily.

Experience
Experience we are looking for:
ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) knowledge.
Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and optimising the following SPM capabilities:
- Demand Management – capturing, assessing, prioritising, and approving demands.
- Program & Portfolio Governance – stage gates, portfolio hierarchy, and investment tracking.
- Resource Management – capacity planning, skills matching, allocation across demands/projects.
- Financial Planning & Tracking – CapEx/OpEx, budgeting, and forecasting integration.
- Agile Development & SAFe – connecting portfolio strategy to delivery via Agile Dev 2.0 or Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Application Portfolio Management (APM) – managing technology and business application lifecycles (if in scope).
