Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Onsite Helpdesk Engineer with proven experience in Financial Services / Banking environments. If you thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings and enjoy solving real-time IT issues, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver 1st & 2nd line IT support (hardware, software, network)
  2. Troubleshoot laptops, printers, phones, and trading floor devices
  3. Act as the first point of contact for IT issues
  4. Manage incidents in line with strict SLAs
  5. Handle user accounts, access control, and security policies
  6. Support deployments, upgrades, and IT projects

Qualifications

  • Background in Financial Services / Banking IT support
  • Understanding of regulated environments & compliance
  • Experience supporting front-office / VIP / trading users
  • Strong awareness of IT security practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting & problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets
  • Financial background of engineer in banking sector
  • EUC L1 engineer experience with banking sector
