About this role
Customer Service Advisors within the Sport and Leisure service are the first point of contact for customers, providing a positive customer experience. The successful applicant will have experience of reception-based tasks, dealing with customer enquiries, sales, cash handling and general enquiries through face-to-face interactions and electronic devices.
Positions Available
- Gainsborough Sport Centre – Wednesday 17:00-21:30 (4.5 per week)
- Gainsborough Sport Centre – Sunday 13:00-17:30 (4.5 per week)
- Crown Pools – Alternative Saturdays 07:15-12:30 (2.63 per week)
Responsibilities
Work as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a positive experience, managing customer enquiries, sales and cash handling. Perform reception‑based tasks and manage enquiries via face‑to‑face and electronic communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in administrative or front‑of‑house roles with cash handling.
- Experience with leisure management systems preferred.
- DBS clearance required.
Shift Pattern and Hours
The post holder will require a shift pattern including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Details are listed in the Positions Available section.
