Learning Support Officer – Outdoors & Vocational Skills

VONNE (Voluntary Organisations’ Network North East) is seeking a Learning Support Officer to join the R2W Learning Team. The role involves supporting learners with disabilities in both individual and small group sessions, delivering accredited learning for young people aged 16-24.

The successful candidate will help students complete learning tasks and achieve their qualifications, build independence skills, and develop resilience. Enjoying varied environments, including classroom and outdoor settings, is essential.

Applicants must pass an Enhanced DBS check and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
