Lean Production Manager – Aerospace Improvement

Magellan Aerospace Limited in Wrexham is seeking a Production Manager (internal only) to coordinate daily manufacturing, plan work through the MOS system, and manage resources to meet customer deadlines with quality and cost targets.

You will drive lean improvements, monitor KPIs, ensure health and safety compliance, mentor the team, and work with Engineering to optimise processes while keeping strict discipline and budget controls.
