We’re currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and fast-paced team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position over time! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a solid background in customer service and basic IT systems. hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Immediate starts!
Key Activities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate system data
- Supporting with scheduling, filing, and other administrative duties
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
- Processing and tracking customer orders
- Supporting with account queries and updates
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Confident IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems
- A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
What we’re looking for:
- Previous production experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable & a passion for customer service
- Good attention to detail
