Role Description
As a Charity Shop Retail Assistant, you will assist with day-to-day operations at our Warrington store each Sunday. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling sales transactions, maintaining store presentation and organisation, managing donations, and supporting a positive shopping experience. You will play an integral role in helping to maximise sales, support our community‑focused mission, and ensure an inviting shopping environment. This position is for someone to work each Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and supported.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, donors, and team members.
- Retail Sales and Sales experience to assist in optimising store revenue and promoting our offerings.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks within a shifting work environment.
