Science Teacher Required – Southport

September 2026 Start – May 2027 Fixed Term Contract

We are working with a secondary school in Southport seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher for a full-time position from September 2026 until May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons
• Teach across KS3 and KS4
• Support students in developing scientific knowledge and practical skills
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning

Requirements

• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Recent, relevant experience and strong subject knowledge
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS Certificate or willingness to obtain one

• Competitive daily pay rate up to £232.56 per day, depending on experience
