Role Overview

The Regional Trainer will support store-based staff development, working closely with Area and Store Managers to deliver training and coaching, both virtually and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver performance-focused training sessions and coaching activities.
2. Collaborate with managers to improve KPI delivery and address trends.
3. Follow up to assess training impact.
4. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a similar training role, comfortable visiting multiple sites and delivering training to enhance store performance.

Additional Information

This role offers hybrid working arrangements, covering the Midlands region, with a focus on retail sector development.
