Occupational Therapist (Band 5) – At Home Community MDT

NHS is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the At Home Team in Sutton Health and Care. The successful candidate will deliver occupational therapy services and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient care. A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are required.

The role involves assessing and treatment planning for patients while supporting the development of effective team relationships and service improvements. Salary ranges from £36,943 to £44,900 annually.
