The Role
You will provide essential support to fee earners, assisting with a range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and maintaining client files and records
- Carrying out property searches and Land Registry checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Supporting the exchange and completion process
- Preparing completion statements and related documentation
- Handling general administrative tasks and client enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a legal role dealing with Residential Property work – essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
