About the role

We are recruiting an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi for our Property Team in the Basingstoke locality. You will travel regularly, and the company will provide a business‑use van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
• Install windows, doors and door frames – internal and external
• UPVC servicing and installation
• Locksmithing – gain entry by lock snapping, drilling, picking
• Install fencing, posts, feather edge, chain‑link and panels
• Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the residential/housing sector, or a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification combined with at least 5 years proven track record.
• Strong health & safety mindset and knowledge of best practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full and current driver’s licence with at least 1 year of experience and capability to operate a company van.
• Full‑time 40 hours per week, with opportunity for call‑out and overtime.
