Accommodation Support Officer

Make a meaningful impact every day. We are looking for committed Accommodation Support Officers to join our team and provide vital support to participants with their housing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult males residing in custody or in the community.
• Carry out initial assessments to understand circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans.
• Record progress and outcomes accurately using the case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks or concerns.
• Collaborate with probation practitioners and external stakeholders to support housing challenges.

Skills and Experience

• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

£25,877 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location & Working Hours

Preston / Lancaster Farms / Kirkham. Full time, 37 hours per week (Mon‑Fri).

Contract & Closing Date

Permanent. Closing Date: 21 May 2026.
