Customer Services Administrator – Midlands

This market leading corrugated board packaging company seeks a Customer Service Administrator to cover for staff who has been seconded to a different part of the organisation for 12 months to install new ERP/MRP systems. The role is more than a typical administrative task; it involves managing accounts, overseeing stock levels, liaising with the design team and estimators, and handling artwork changes. While primarily internal, the role occasionally requires meeting with customers. Experience in board or corrugated packaging is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account handler for customer and internal queries
• Monitor and manage stock levels
• Collaborate with the design team and estimators on project requirements
• Handle artwork change requests and coordinate with relevant teams
• Attend meetings with customers when required
