Description
The Commercial Property Locum will be:
- Managing acquisitions and disposals across a varied property estate
- Handling lease renewals and related landlord and tenant matters
- Advising on property litigation issues
- Supporting the wider legal and estates teams on commercial property work
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating property documentation
- Providing pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders
- Helping manage a busy workload from day one
Profile
The Commercial Property Locum should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with strong commercial property experience
- Available to start immediately
- Confident handling acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals
- Experienced in property litigation matters
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Happy to attend the Northampton office two days per week
