CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded national law firm with multiple offices across the UK to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for its growing Nottingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a progressive and well-established firm that continues to invest heavily in both its people and property offering. The firm has built a strong reputation within the commercial property market and acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and national organisations. Opportunity
You will join a successful and expanding Commercial Property team handling a broad and varied caseload of transactions across a range of sectors. This position would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who enjoys client contact, wants exposure to quality transactions and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a modern and ambitious national practice.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and development matters
- Advising clients on leases, refinancing and secured lending transactions
- Supporting developers, investors and commercial clients across a range of sectors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Assisting with business development and networking initiatives
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices and departments

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of property transactions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
