Key responsibilities
- Liaising with client legal and innovation teams
- Preparing analytics and summarising platform insights
- Drafting and distributing release notes
- Supporting internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
- Attending group meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in private investment funds, particularly with MFNs and side letters, who’s ready to bring that expertise into an innovative, tech‑driven environment. A passion for legal tech platforms and how technology can transform legal workflows is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, charismatic and confident working with lawyers and developers.
