CNC Operator, Programmer Machinist

Requirements

Experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer using Mazak machines and intergrex 200 III programming with Mazatrol Fusion 640 and SolidCAM.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate Mazak 5-axis Lathes using G-code and M-code controlled CNC machines.
• Operate Manual Lathes and Gate Mill.
• Work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical specifications.
• Precision machining of components to tight tolerances.
• Conduct tool selection, tool setting, and offsets to ensure high quality output.
