Overview
Salaries: £34,359 – £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair and installation) and any secondary trades. The works should be completed efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing and electrical repair & installation.
- Good customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship) and reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
