Heart of House Host

We are now seeking an exceptional Heart of House Host to work within our talented team in delivering great team experiences.

The role is part‑time: 5 shifts per week, 3:30 pm–7:30 pm (4‑hour shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Team Hub is fully stocked and prepared for all meal periods by replenishing food, beverages, and service items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment in the Team Hub at all times.
• Ensure accurate allergen, dietary and menu information is displayed.
• Perform regular daily cleaning and checks of all equipment including coffee and drinks machines.
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock and request reorders when required.
• Display and rotate stock efficiently to ensure product freshness and reduce waste.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming service, contributing positively to the overall team experience.
• Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling practices.
• Respond to any team member requests or queries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Heart of House Host or a similar role is preferred
• A passion for high quality guest service with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
