Job Description

Lead poultry processing manufacturer part of a multi-national UK group, known for product quality and industry‑leading standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM, reactive & predictive maintenance/breakdown analysis
• Electrical & mechanical fault finding, repairs & PPMs
• Working on various high‑speed food production lines, processing & packaging machinery
• Site services & facilities maintenance
• Support project work and continuous improvement activities
• PLC & control panels – electrical fault finding & repairs

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Must be a multi‑skilled engineer – electrically biased
• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 or higher in electrical engineering
• Be a problem solver, approachable, with good prioritisation skills
• Able to react to breakdowns effectively, safely and efficiently
• Both electrical & mechanical fault‑finding capabilities
• Comfortable working in poultry processing & production facility
• Ideally have experience in food, FMCG, industrial fast‑paced manufacturing
