Customer Service Executive (Hybrid | London E14)

Pay Rate: £12.71-£14.24 per hour

Location: London E14 (Hybrid opportunities depending on client)

Must be able to hold a fluent business-level conversation in one or more of the following languages, alongside strong English:

What You’ll Do

  • Handling a variety of customer enquiries
  • Delivering exceptional service via phone, email and digital platforms
  • Providing clear, friendly and professional support
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced contact centre environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably within contact centres)
  • Availability to start quickly once roles go liven
  • A reliable, professional and confident approach when speaking with customers
