Salary: £31,000.00 – £48,000.00 depending on experience.

Start date: September 2026.

Requirements

• Clear Enhanced DBS
• QTS
• Experience teaching Primary
• Excellent parent liaison, interpersonal and communication skills
• Be committed to the highest achievement for all
• Be committed to on‑going professional development
• Have a desire to add value to the community of the school
• Be innovative, highly motivated and eager to take a lead
• Excellent behaviour management skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a lesson, following the national curriculum
• Prepare, set and mark work and homework.
• Adapt tasks and activities to meet students’ abilities.
• Provide guidance to students that may need more support, including SEN children.
• Provide ongoing support for behaviour management as well as promoting positive learning.
• Observe and record pupil development and behaviour.
• Attend staff meetings, parents’ evenings, assemblies and school events when required.
