About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career, gain hands‑on experience and work towards a recognised qualification as part of an apprenticeship programme. Day to day, you’ll learn how to:

  • Speak with customers face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email
  • Help with general enquiries, policy updates and renewals
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and keep things running smoothly
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable and keen to learn
  • Interested in building a career in customer service or insurance
  • Confident communicating with others (or willing to develop this)
  • Reliable, organised and takes pride in their work

Essential:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive, proactive approach
  • A genuine interest in customer service

Desirable:

  • Any previous part‑time, voluntary or school‑based customer experience
  • Interest in financial services or insurance
