Job Description

Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Plasterer to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering high quality repairs across social housing properties in the Hull area.

Responsibilities

• Work in void properties, preparing them for new tenants
• Carry out a wide range of plastering tasks day to day
• Diagnose issues and plan your own work on site
• Move between properties, completing jobs in a day or staying longer on larger works
• Ensure properties are safe, clean and ready for handover
• Liaise with customers and supervisors
• Assess work, walk into a property, and get the job done efficiently and independently

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a multi-skilled Plasterer in social housing
• A core trade (plastering, plumbing) plus any additional skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience) desirable
