About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Lettings and Administration Administrator – Viewing Agent for an initial 3-month fixed term contract in Edinburgh and Lothian. Reporting to the Lettings and Administration Manager, you will work Tuesday‑Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings to meet client and team performance targets.
  • Highlight key features of each property, answer applicant questions and give feedback to the Lettings team.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management Team to address any property issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Customer‑service experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence (all sites are not accessible by public transport).
  • Previous experience in a property management/viewings role (desirable but not essential).
  • Basic DBS check (mandatory).
