Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (EYFS)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until July 2027 (with the potential to become permanent from September 2027)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team in Chiswick. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a child with additional needs, ensuring they can thrive and make the best possible progress in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a child in EYFS, both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for the child
• Liaise with parents, carers, and outside professionals where appropriate

• Experience working with children in EYFS, ideally in a 1:1 or SEND support role
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
