What You’ll Achieve
- Build Powerful Partnerships: Develop trusted, long‑term relationships with customers, stakeholders and industry partners.
- Drive New Business: Spot opportunities, open new accounts and convert strategic prospects into sustainable revenue.
- Lead with Innovation: Inspire creativity within the team and champion continuous improvement across the sales function.
- Shape Regional Strategy: Design and deliver strategic plans that support growth, profitability and market expansion.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated success managing and growing relationships with commercial and corporate customers, ideally in vehicle security.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering new business wins.
- Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A forward‑thinking approach and strong commercial instincts.

- Base salary up to £50,000 with £12,000 On Target Sales Bonus + 2.5% BDM Commission for security business growth (OTE £62,000 plus)
