I’m currently supporting a university who are looking for a mental health professional to lead on complex student casework and wellbeing projects.

The Role

This is a newly created role, where the postholder will take ownership of high-risk and complex student cases (including Fitness to Study), providing expert assessment, risk management, and clear recommendations that balance student wellbeing with institutional responsibilities.

About You

• Registered mental health professional (e.g. NMC, HCPC, SWE)
• Strong experience in complex casework and risk assessment
• Background in higher/further education or similar settings
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Able to work autonomously and manage sensitive situations under pressure
