We’re looking for someone early in their sales career who’s hungry, sharp, and wants to learn fast. You’ll be one of the first people prospects ever speak to — running outreach, running discovery calls, and building real relationships with senior stakeholders in regulated industries.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a playbook and left to execute. You’ll help shape it.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Building and qualifying pipeline across financial services and beyond
  • Running personalised outreach via LinkedIn, email and direct conversations
  • Booking and leading discovery calls with senior buyers
  • Feeding market insight back into the team to sharpen our messaging
  • 6–12 months in B2B sales, SDR/BDR or customer success
  • Confident communicator — written and verbal
  • Curious, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, insurance or enterprise tech
