Overview
Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Worker to join our team in Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway. You will join us on a part‑time permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive rate of £14.04 per hour.
Responsibilities
You’ll be working with our tenants to make sure they receive the support identified in their personal plan ensuring they continue to enjoy as much independence as possible. You will assist with meal delivery and provide support in the dining room, with very occasional kitchen duties. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.
Please note, there is lone working involved in this role, and you must be able to work alone from 5pm – 10pm when on shift. This role will also involve assisting with occasions of short staffing.

Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these.
