An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant First Team Analyst to join the Women’s First Team performance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and analyse training sessions and matches
• Support game model delivery and tactical preparation
• Produce individual player clips and development content
• Deliver matchday analysis workflows home & away
• Work collaboratively within the First Team MDT
• Contribute to IDPs, performance reviews, and coaching feedback

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in elite sport analysis (ideally football)
• Strong understanding of football tactics and analysis workflows
• Experience with Hudl, Sportscode, Replay or similar platforms
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• MSc in Sport Science or related discipline
• UEFA B Licence and women’s football experience desirable
