Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals looking for a career change or experienced Support Workers with a background in complex emotional or behavioural settings who want to be part of a team that will make a difference to people with complex needs.
Work is person-centred and enables development and inclusion in everyday life within the home and wider community. Each service user has their own self‑contained room within the service buildings and you will support them with a variety of activities including swimming, shopping, coffee outings, cinema visits, zoo and club outings.
Training & Development
You’ll get a fully paid induction with ongoing training and support from a dedicated Manager, and the opportunity to undertake a qualification in health and social care funded by Lifeways Group.
Contracts Available
- Full time – 37.5 hours per week
- Part‑time – 14 – 30 hours per week
- Sessional/bank hours – flexible working to fit around you
Working Hours
Shift pattern rota basis, including some weekend working.
