Overview

Showsec, a recognised venue and event security specialist, seeks SIA Door Supervisors for Silverstone Circuit events this summer. The role offers extensive work across motorsport events and festivals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues in person and over the radio in loud, busy environments.
• Take initiative in implementing crowd safety measures and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and customers.
• Deliver excellent service while upholding high levels of professionalism, integrity, and competency.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in loud, busy settings and communicate clearly with radio.
• Evening and weekend availability; flexible scheduling for casual contract work.
• Willingness to undertake a video interview as part of the hiring process.
