Part Time Sales Assistant – UNIQLO Leeds *New Store Opening*

About the role

We are excited to open a new store in Briggate in Leeds. This permanent part‑time position (22.5–30 hours per week) starts July2026. You will have full flexibility from Monday to Sunday. The role offers blended training, including onsite experience at our UNIQLO Manchester store and a local training centre. Starting pay is £13.45 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from fitting rooms to high‑tech tills.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and visually appealing store to inspire customers.
• Monitor customer feedback on product displays and inventory, recommending adjustments to visual displays, stock levels, and styles.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supporting teamwork and creating a united team.
• Champion sustainability initiatives such as the recycling programme and repair services, and participate in local community activities.
• Contribute to content creation for social‑media campaigns, the styling app, or livestream channel.

Training & development

• On‑the‑job training to develop customer service and store operation skills.
• Classroom training covering company values, history and best practices.
• Digital learning tools (online manuals, quizzes) for product knowledge and store standards.
