Finance Assistant

This role is 3-4 days onsite.

What will you be doing?

• Managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Handling customer and supplier queries, producing reconciliations, and maintaining well‑organised financial records
• Supporting bank reconciliations, month‑end and quarter‑end close activities across the Finance function
• Processing billing, payments, Direct Debits, and credit checks while ensuring seamless onboarding for new customers and suppliers
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and the rollout of finance processes
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and maintain strong working relationships
• Assisting with audit preparation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and overall departmental compliance
• Playing an active role in building a proactive, high‑performing Finance Team as the business continues to scale
