You will be joining a fast-growing Consultancy business as their Audit Associate on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high-performing team, you will work closely alongside two Audit Associates and report directly into the Audit Manager. This role is fully remote but there will be quarterly in-person team meeting in London.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Audit work across a portfolio of media and advertising business, building trusted relationships, understanding how each agency operates, and producing clear, practical outputs that stakeholders can use. You will plan and deliver Audit assignments form scoping through to reporting, with support from the Audit Manager and wider team. You will build a strong understanding of agency revenue models, cost bases, commercial arrangements and control environments. You will write concise, high-quality Audit findings and recommendations that drive real-world improvements. You will manage your time effectively in a remote environment and contribute to team learning and knowledge-sharing.
Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a recent graduate with a strong desire to start a career in Audit, be a final-year Trainee with first-time passes to date or have at least two years’ experience in finance or internal Audit within a media or advertising agency. You will be comfortable working from home, with the ability to attend quarterly face-to-face team meetings in London. You will have a logical mindset with tenacity, resilience, and the ability to adapt as requirements change. You will have solid integrity and strong social resilience. You will possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine interest in developing deep knowledge of the advertising and media industry. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £38,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
