We are looking for an Fixed Term Access Hub Coordinator to join our team at the Harold Moody Health Centre.
Hours: 37.5 hours
Site: Harold Moody Health Centre SE17 2GN
Salary: £12.88 per hour
Post holder may need to work early shifts depending on business needs.

Main duties of the job
- Greet and assist patients in using our services.
- Handle patient enquiries courteously, efficiently and with empathy.
- Undertake administrative tasks with care and attention to detail.
- Understand and work with the team to meet key performance indicators for this role.
Qualifications
- GCSE or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Computer literate, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience of providing support to patients and work colleagues.
