What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and scale high‑performing engineering teams
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of critical systems (design → deploy → optimise)
- Drive engineering excellence across microservices, APIs, testing, and DevOps
- Champion secure, resilient, and observable platforms
- Partner with product and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Influence architecture strategy, modernisation, and governance
What you bring
- Proven leadership of engineering teams in agile environments
- Strong Java (Spring) expertise and microservices architecture
- Experience building scalable, observable, testable systems
- Solid DevOps mindset: CI/CD, TDD, automation, containers
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools and integrating AI into products
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
