The Role

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, ambitious SDR ready to move beyond cookie-cutter outreach into a strategic, high-impact role. This isn’t about “smiling and dialling” – it’s about owning growth, driving results, and playing a direct role in scaling both our agency and our clients’ success.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive outbound sales across multiple campaigns for JamPrime and client accounts.
  • Generate high-quality leads through social media (Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.), and multi-channel outreach
  • Book qualified meetings by turning warm responses into high-converting opportunities
  • Craft and refine sales messaging using client success stories, transcripts, and market insights
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise outreach strategies for better conversions
  • Support growth of strategic partnerships through research and insight-led outreach
  • Experiment with AI-powered sales tools to sharpen efficiency and impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales development experience
  • Proven track record of booking meetings and driving revenue through outbound
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
  • Hands-on with social media outreach, email automation, and CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns on the fly
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A strategic thinker who gets how PR and media drive business growth
