Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for keeping critical utility systems running at their best? Join our Maintenance & Reliability team and play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant performance of site utilities that support manufacturing, labs and research operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where your expertise will directly impact equipment reliability, safety, and overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance on critical utility systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers and clean utilities (e.g., WFI).
- Diagnose faults, resolve equipment issues and ensure “right first time” technical execution while meeting cGMP and EHS standards.
- Support external contractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work, permit compliance and high‑quality performance.
- Contribute to reliability improvements, root cause investigations and utility‑related CAPEX projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with ALCOA principles and complete CMMS updates, reports and quality event follow‑up.
- Uphold a strong safety culture through risk assessments, incident response and good housekeeping.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Hands‑on maintenance experience from a manufacturing site, ideally pharma.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across utilities equipment (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chilled water, clean utilities systems etc.).
- Time‑served apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical or Refrigeration discipline.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain a high customer focus.
