The King’s Trust Mosaic programme is a group mentoring scheme for learners aged 11‑18. It is delivered on‑site with school partners and aims to raise learner aspirations, build self‑belief, and develop employability skills for young people.
The Mosaic scheme consists of 8 mentoring sessions over 8 weeks, building group rapport and covering essential topics such as communication, goal setting, and problem solving.
