  • Our clients span the full breadth of the aviation industry: Commercial Airlines, Cargo operators, Charter companies, Business Aviation, Airports, MROs, OEMs, and Regulators.
  • Our sales cycles are typically six months or longer. The SDR role is critical in building and qualifying the pipeline that feeds those cycles — patience, persistence, and curiosity are what drive success.
  • You will be expected to develop working knowledge of the TrustFlight portfolio over time. There is a meaningful learning curve, and we invest in helping you get there.

  • We set a high standard. We value both effort and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to support account research, personalise outreach at scale, streamline CRM management, and stay ahead of industry developments, using technology to work smarter and focus time on meaningful prospect conversations.
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry, targeting airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organisations, and aviation regulatory agencies.
  • Use email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision‑makers and gather initial insights about their needs.
  • Engage prospects in conversations to uncover potential areas of interest and set up qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted messaging and outreach, sharing feedback on what resonates.
  • Manage and prioritise your lead pipeline in CRM software, ensuring timely follow‑ups and accurate data entry.
  • Keep records of all interactions and activities in CRM to track progress and performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and competitor activity to support effective conversations with prospects.

  • Building genuine rapport with prospects in the aviation industry, earning the right to a conversation through preparation, curiosity, and relevance.
  • Developing fluency in the TrustFlight portfolio and the operational challenges our clients face, so you can have credible, value‑led conversations from day one.
  • Maintaining strong CRM discipline — accurate records, timely follow‑ups, and clear pipeline visibility.
  • Growing quickly into a more senior SDR or Account Executive role by demonstrating the drive, coachability, and results that earn that progression.

What You’ll Bring

  • A recent graduate or early‑career professional excited to begin a career in sales.
  • Great communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
  • Resilient — you don’t get discouraged by setbacks, and you keep moving forward.
  • Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a working knowledge of AI tools; comfortable integrating new technology into day‑to‑day workflows.
