SEMH Teaching Assistant – Temp-to-Perm (AP)

Tradewind Recruitment in Blackpool is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This Temp-to-Perm role offers an opportunity to ensure a good fit while making a significant impact on vulnerable young lives.

The successful candidate will implement de-escalation strategies, provide 1:1 mentoring, and assist students in accessing a tailored curriculum. Candidates should have relevant experience and ideally possess Team Teach training.
