Public Area Attendant
We are currently seeking two Public Area Attendants to join our vibrant team.
Shift Details
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 12:00pm
- Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Responsibilities
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and restrooms, are spotless and well-maintained at all times.
- Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing high‑touch areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back‑of‑house areas to support overall hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Work efficiently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! attitude
- An eye for detail
- Creative problem‑solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
