Warehouse Operative AM Shift

GI Group are hiring for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers

Location: Atherstone CV9 – will relocate to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027

Duration: Full Time – Temp‑Perm

Working Hours

• 5am – finish and 6am – finish (averaging around 7‑8 hours per shift)
• Working 4 on / 2 off rota
• Includes working some weekends

Pay Rate

• £13.44 starting rate
• £14.93 after 12 weeks

Job Duties

• Order picking using voice headset – training provided
• Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Pallet wrapping
• Quality checking goods
• Delivering to despatch
• Training provided
• Immediate starts available
• Role can be physically demanding – applicants should be prepared for heavy work
• Ideal candidates will be flexible to work in other areas/departments as needed

Requirements

• Must have own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 if happy to transfer in 2027
• Be available to work weekends on a rota
• Site tour and interviews are to be arranged
• Must be flexible to help in other areas when needed in either the chill or ambient
